Complete a short application form to let us know about you, our motivation and your context, and to provide us with your registration details, including equal opportunities data.

Complete the Leadership Reflection Wheel, a key programme tool and a challenging basis for deep personal reflection on your own leadership. Your reflections will form the basis of our discussion in Step 4.
Prepare to tell us about your philosophy, values and beliefs in the form of a very short mission statement. More details on this can be found on the application form. Your mission statement should be no longer than five minutes and should explore the following:

Schedule an online coaching conversation with our team, to help us understand more about your leadership journey and how the BLA will support you. Be prepared to share your five minute mission statement in this call. Please note this is not assessed. (see Step 3).
*You’ll have the opportunity to review and redraft your mission statement while on the programme. For this reason, we’ll record your mission statement at the start of the video call. Please note this conversation will not be assessed.

Once you have completed the four steps above, and have been accepted to join the BLA 2023 cohort, you can expect to receive an onboarding package w/c 3 July including a letter of agreement requiring a signature, preparation materials and programme dates.
Hold the date for our first three day workshop in London – 29-31 August.
Invoices must be paid upfront before attending the first workshop.
