As a recap, the first part of this course was all about ensuring your teams include a diverse range of perspectives. This is to ensure we have fresh thinking when exploring persistent problems and can allow the people closest to the problem to have a say in solutions.
However, simply putting the right people in the same room does not mean you will get a high performing team. In fact, it is highly likely that the team will face difficulties and challenges. Our job as leaders is to nurture the team in a way which ensures they function effectively. This section of the course will provide some suggestions, frameworks and tools for how to do this.
This section should take around 45 minutes to complete.
