The Big 8 is a powerful toolkit which enables education leaders to create a relational and highly focused work culture, with clarity around expectations, and space for new thinking.

Learning this toolkit gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in:

  • Giving feedback effectively, with unconditional positive regard
  • Building, maintain and deepen relationships
  • Making powerful agreements
  • Holding others to account
  • Using accessible theory to develop others
  • Effectively managing emotions

Who?

This training is relevant for education leaders at any stage of their career.

What you will experience?

  • An initial two days of immersive training, which includes learning the theory, research and how to put the Big 8 into practice
  • Half termly online refresher workshops, with the wider Big 8 Practitioner Network (for one year after the training)
  • Access to a variety of resources to fuel your ongoing development, including a research paper, self-evaluation tool, reflective activities and demonstration videos
  • Becoming a certified Big 8 Practitioner, with a badge for your email signature, CV and social media
  • A 10% referral discount to encourage others to experience the Big 8
