As Nicola mentioned in the last webinar session, we would like you to create a visual map of your journey to developing a culture of positive staff wellbeing in your organisation.
- Start at the end – what will it look like at the end? What is your vision for staff wellbeing? Give some examples.
- What are the steps? Map out the steps you will need to take to make this vision a reality.
- What are the obstacles in the way? Draw on any challenges you can foresee.
We have added some examples of vision mapping below (although, we do not expect – or need – this to look ‘beautiful’!)
